How complex to fit a bench at the front of my bus?

i'm thinking of getting rid of the two seats at the front of the bus & getting a bench so I can seat 3 people at the front.

Has anyone done this to their motor? if so please can you send a pic & let me know the complexity & cost involved.

You're asking your tech questions in the wrong bit matey - nip over to the tech section (where your other posts have been moved to) and ask there.

Non-walkthroughs have a single driver and double passenger seat forming a complete 3 seater across the front. It's possible to convert, but you will have to make up the fittings yourself. I made this:

Phil, Sam and Gracie did something similar but different if you look at Phil's resto thread. No doubt others have done it different again. Best to sort it yourself so you're happy with it.

 

There's always the Bluebird solution - the middle seat add-on.

However, I've got a non-walkthrough anyway - if you're planning on converting a walkthrough then you'll probably need to do something about that gap like Zed has.
