To the best of my knowledge they have flat seat runners similar to the Saab seats i think its a simple as place mark drill and bolt in - i am sure Stan on here fitted them to his bus. I want to swap out my Saab seats my Wife dosnt like them and you have to do as you are told
Don't MGF seats have pyrotechnics built in for the anti-submarine mechanism? (Fires like an airbag to stop the seats from moving forward in the event of a frontal impact). I'd suggest great care in removing them from the MG! I used to own one and remember being told about them when I queried the seat base height on the MGF - which was quite high as I remember.
