Years ago I squashed my foot with a fork lift. I was then in plater for 6 weeks. A few days after said accident I was on crutches outside. One of my crutches slipped in the wet and I stubbed the broken and previously dislocated toes on my squashed foot! Oh, how I laughed…. Once I’d stopped swearing :)

ps hope your toes are feeling better

Why did you go and do a silly thing like that?

I had a puncture and didn’t want to wait for the RAC for 4 hrs. So I opted to wait at A&E for 4 hrs instead.

See, had you not sorted your back out you’d neither have had a puncture or sore toes.

There is a moral to this story….be more grateful for a sore back.

im gutted! Pain free for 2 weeks and now my foot is throbbing! At least this is short term.

I was amazed I could do the wheel with zero back pain, amazing what some knitting needles in the right place can do

My trick is walking smartly round the bus and tripping over the protruding jack handle and smashing my elbow into the B pillar as I grab the door handle to avoid breaking my other wrist. Ended up with bruises and a strained muscle or two..

When I told Kas I’d bought a two ton trolley jack from Costco, she worried that I’d hurt myself moving it around the garage - she thought that’s what it weighed!
