  1. right i ve seen some alloys it says there more suited to the front 4.5x15
would these look stupid on the back i ve not a clue when it comes to tyre size etc but if i could fit the standard width tyres are they 185 ish i be more than happy

  2. a 185 tyre is to wide for a 4.5 inch rim you would have to drop down to a 165

that sounds a bit narrow for the driving wheels

  3. that s the thought i got to shame there only 30 quid each for foosh s

Our BRM's are 5.5 x 15 and I'm planning on going for 185/65 x 15's all round. If you go for the wheel and tyre packages from VWH, Coolair, Mws the tyres will all be fitted and balanced!

  5. you are gearing down your van by fitting those tyres

    more revs, less MPG

  6. there to narrow for the rear for defo (should be 4.5 up front and 5.5 to the rear if its a staggered set)there narrower even than stock steel wheels if you tried fitting normal width tyres to them there would be alot of sidewall flex resulting in poor handling

  7. Yeah I think I ll scrap that plan did toy with two of them for the front and pay full wack for two 5x15 for the back

  9. On my race cars and hot rods I ran 3 1/2 wide rims with 135 tyres - My advice is to go with a 175 wide tyre it will be ok
