Would you happen to have a good original mechanical fuel pump for a type 4 engine?

 

Not yet lol I'll try and do it today
What sort of connection does the sink drain have
Will it take a flexible piece of hose or does it use a solid pipe for the drain?

I have several but I can't guarantee the reliability of them as they've sat on the shelf for a while.

 

If they're not too expensive I'll take a gamble. I could increase my chances of getting a working one by buying two. How much would you want for two of the better ones posted?

 

£20 each? incl postage

 

£40 plus postage is a bit too much to possibly wind up with two broken pumps.

How about £20 for the two plus postage?

originally was a rigid tube...no reason your couldn't fit a flexible tube and if need be the drain could be removed and replaced with a modern fitment anyhow taking the flexible tube supplied with it..
