  5. Bit more today cos of great weather welded cab floor and sound deadening welded seat runners .     Steering column removed painted refitted with new ignition barrel and steering wheel.
    Carpeted rear/cab floor and tubs.
    Fitted seats.
    Sound deadening in cargo floor and walkthrough ( plus carpet)
    Changed door locks/ignition to same key strip down sliding door lock and got working properly
    Taking wheels to get new tyres tomorrow ready for drop spindles and coilovers and new brakes at weekend

  14. So new wheels ( thx to paneuropaul) tyres bought and fitted ,, look good
    BUT ( and i don’t know why im surprised) the drums are nackered the cylinders are fooked and the linings are split in two ON REAR
    And FRONT?
    callipers are rusted solid and discs are rusted to hell
    SO NOW I HAVE TO BUY COMPLETELY NEW BRAKES ALL ROUND
    SPOSE I HAVE TO LAUGH REALLY OR IL CRY HAHAHAH
    so if anyone has any discs/callipers going cheap lol

  17. But I guess on a plus note iv had a quick look underneath and it looks not too bad only a little welding to do fingers crossed
    But i could be wrong lol il find out once i got all the bluddy underseal and waxoil off

  20. Ok so even tho it’s been freezing i got all the old underseal/waxoil off ( total ballache lol) but not as bad as I imagined, few bits of surface rust to grind off ,
