So, this is how she started, imported from greece about a year ago! , Then a new engine, adjustable axle, and Porsche Teledials later.... After, the interior was in dia need of tlc. So my mother and I got to work with her (what felt like cast iron) sewing machine to upholster the front seats. The Rock N Roll bed....got the hinges off ebay for £18!! Bargin! Really chuffed, going to upholster the rear seats and rear cushion this weekend hopefully to match the front seats. oo. just this week I've built a rear top cupboard. Got some measurements wrong, so the door is held on magnetically! Just got to cover this in stuff! First VW show in the Camper. The new engine i put in is running really well (touch wood) so thought a trip to Run to the Hills was in order. There was some awesome campers about!!! good show!

So, ongoing progress. Got foam for the rear. fully kitted out now for sleepy times! minus the curtains. should be made this weekend hopefully. Built me a top cupboard. just need to carpet it, or something! Surfboard table complete. fully detachable. My bargain find. Couldnt believe the condition of this beach cooker! Built a cupboard, again just need to cover it. might use the same material for a door as the curtians.
