Same weekend as the ssvc tech weekend as it was the only date that really works. If loads of people don’t fancy sharing the weekend let me know, and I’ll see what I can do. Get it in your diary folks.
The ssvc tech weekend is a good event with some guys doing tech demos, They do a bit less.. down n dirty stuff In fields.
I can’t see a problem with sharing the weekend It will be nice to have a variety of vehicles to look at and new people to meet.
No problem, might even have the Splitty finished by then, if not I could trailer it down and get some expert help
Seems a bit antisocial/odd if people didnt want to share the weekend with fello VW types. Has there been some kind of history/beef before?
Not that I know of. Only reason for mentioning it is it’s a change; and people don’t generally like change.
All the more reason to be fine with it, my first thought was already tight sharing 5 hook ups between 20 vans
It will be thrice the fun , surely I think it will add to the event rather than take away anything I wonder if they have their own resident @Baysearcher or if you will have to extent your reign of pow e e rrrrrrrr
We can't mate the September one we are away that weekend enjoy everyone. We will be at Keith's field though. Sent from my SM-G981B using Tapatalk
I don't mind either way although I popped in for a quite night on the way up to Leeds forgetting Stanford was on and the splitties were only in the top field - maybe 150 ?? Something I found funny was the number of Van's camping under an events shelter... Bit strange but each to their own . I'll be there if I'm around that weekend Sent from my SM-G960F using Tapatalk
