Pot luck sadly. 1 &3 both rise and fall together.
Once you start taking it to bits you'll realise it's not very complicated. Just be methodical and keep everything from the insides clean... so you don't have to clean them to put it back together. Once you've taken one head off, the second will be a walk in the park. People used to do top end rebuilds at techenders in a field, that's people who had never done engine work before.

I do like to encourage, but of course these things are more simple if you take your time and get a bit organised for example having somewhere clean to put your oily bits rather than taking them off and wondering where to put them - simple things if you think ahead.
Be cautious, take your time. You might find the heads are kinda stuck to the barrels for example - do not try and prise them apart, you are likely to snap barrel fins which are brittle. Also you will want to try and leave the barrels behind on the block so don't just heave. Tap sideways with a rubber mallet can be a good way to get it moving. Reason being that there is a seal (might just be sealant) to keep the oil in at the base of the barrels, life doing a head removal so much easier if you can get away without disturbing that or before you know it you'll be pulling the barrels off, buying piston ring compressors etc.
As always, think, stop, scratch head, take your time, it'll be faster in the end.

..trust us..it looks much more complicated than it actually is ..you take all engine apart and realise there’s not that much parts in it
