unless youve got a 11 gpm hydraulic oil pump you can sneak away with, its as big as summat thats quite big ;D

seriously, pop the arms off & we will sort em one saturday morning!

you probably wont need a rig that big for bearings...we have smaller ones too!!

Let us know if you do change the balljoints & we will sort summat out :)

  7. Lowie did you tap the spindle to pop the top one out?

That worked on mine but the bottom one wouldent shift without a balljoint splitter

When you come to split the bottom one fasten the top one back up loosely it helps

  9. The camber collar collar can be a pain to remove

If you not replacing the balljoints then id warm the boot up in some very hot water to make it more pliable and try and slip it over the top of the camber collar

If theres a fair bit of play in your balljoints then they will need replacing and the camber collars will need removing

Splitters - You need a whacking great big one for ball joints - probably not something you can "nip out and buy" easily. So you know what you're looking for, here's a pic of a "normal" one for track rod ends and the like, together with one suitable for ball joints. :)

You're probably better off clouting it! they're known as lorry ball joint splitters - £80-90 a go. I only have one because I get a lot of use from it.

  15. i picked one up (told you i d nip out)
25 quid so i was nt holding my breath but it does both pivot pin is removable went pretty easy to says it been in there who know s how long
we will see what sort of job it does on the other side
