proper oven in a bay

  1. i posted this before the big crash :'( I've got cooker in my van 8) this allows me to do jacket spuds, garlic bread, roast spuds and joints, and pizza camping has never been the same 8)

    and on a cold wet day on the beach, close the doors put the radio on and enjoy.......


    Fresh handmade PIZZA

    all cooked on a folded and cripped tinfoil so no washing up or rattly dishes during transit 8)
     
  2. But is there room for anything else? Where on earth have you put it?
     
  3. ::) ::) its only small made for boats, mines out of a camper made in the late 70's. its about 3 feet high by 2 feet deep ;)

    I've got one too, I have yet to fix it in the van and use it in anger though.

  6. I bet i could do the same with two bay hubcaps a few stones and a bed of embers lol

    Id like an oven in the bus but when theres 4 of you and a dog on the road space is tight

  9. Hi ive got a solar oven in my bay. Sometimes. When I had it in provence we used it everyday and it got to 165 dgs c.
    Its not in their now though, its not a freezing fog oven.

  10. that looks fantastic! I've always been quite happy with my bare minimalist interior,
    but the more I look at the interiors of some of you and see what you do with them,
    I think my opinions starting to change... :thinking:

    Lou made me fit one in our first bus. Just so as we could cook fray bentos pies.

    Oh yes. £1.99 in our local shop or £1.39 in the pound shop!
     
  15. I've got a tiddly little gas oven I bought to put in the van. The idea of camping pizza is very appealing.

    Hasn't made it that far yet though.

    i like to camp near places that make food for you in exchange for money, for days when this is not possible there is the glorious pot noodle.
