i have a leaky push rod tube seal, my fault as i had the head off last year and i can't of seated the new seal right do i now 1/ remove engine and head replace seals and start again 2/leave engine in place, loosen head and hope i can wiggle the seal back in place 3/leave engine in place and fit a adjustable push road and leave everything else alone 4/do something your going to suggest i hadn't thought of
you still got to undo everything to get the tube out to put the adjustable one in havent you and seal
Just to be different, I'd take it out, take it apart and fit a standard tube and the Elring white seals - if you fitted the orange ones, I'd definitely do this and do the other head while it's out.
