WANTED Rear bump stop cup

Hi folks,
Has anyone got a rear bump stop cup for sale please? I need the bit that should be welded to the chassis for the rubber bump stop to bump on to. One of mine must have fallen off.

Chopping down an old torsion tube cover is a good substitute.

Or cut the end off a small welding gas bottle – if you mean the bit that should be welded on the swing arm. Both mine have been missing since I bought the bus and I really should replace them, but I doubt if I will.

 

I did this on last bus.

I will post back on here with results shortly, assuming I don't blow myself up cutting gas cylinders up

 

I meant an empty cylinder.
