  1. Another question when I'm driving and accelerate what would be the cause of my hazard relay to keep clicking

If the relay keeps clicking it means that there is something electrically loading the output terminal of the relay - a short to one of the indicator circuits - maybe a loose spade connector on the end of a wire drifting around on top of the hazard switch, a foreign metal object lying on the hazard switch top surface.
Does the bulb come on in the instrument cluster? - if the indicator relay is being loaded by something, that makes the indicator bulb come on when the relay clicks to open - the light is on when the indicators are off and vice versa ..

Or your indicator switch is about to disintegrate and the massive acceleration is making it flop back .. or your keys are making noises on the steering column.

Or your speedo drive cable is flexing as you accelerate and it is making clicking noises in the speedo.
