Yep.
I only went for a spin to the petrol station to give it a run. That one was closed so went on to the next one which was about a third of the way there, so I though why not.
I’ve a mate who lives in Seaford so I thought it would be nice to meet on the seafront safely.
He was out.

So that’s another week gone by having only spoken to local shop keepers in person!

YES! .... I did "due diligence" beforehand

 

Only discovered it this summer as the general reduction in traffic made the 100 mile, M25, M23 journey just about tolerable. Mrs P used to go there as a kid when living in EG, but not been there for years. One of the few places you can free park virtually on the beach for 12 hours. Certainly on the list for the last/retirement move.

 

I disagree, @ maximum warp = 45 mph it’s warmer than my camper

I reckon it’s why it takes so long waiting outside the bakery, because people just want to talk to someone as much as buy bread.

It’s nice to see some other human activity at the weekends, although the surrounding towns are providing plenty of people out at the local beauty spots for sure.
