I beg to differ - strimmer would send the seeds flying too far, the nylon chord would constantly break, and would be annoyingly loud. Can’t stand strimmers

I did that, as it was rotting off. After, I treated it with woodworm killer.

 

Make sure you wear good gloves when you sharpen the blade with those Carrot shaped carborundum sharpeners ...lethal if you slip .

 

Holly the hairy land potato fell into a dip in the path this morning and couldn't roll herself back onto her feet.

@Zed , @Merlin Cat , base plate completely renewed and as we've had some ballast removed I thought I'd give me bilges a good seeing to.
This stuff is brill fyi.
I've used Danboline in the past but this is from Teamac. Worth a look if you've got any jobs like this coming up.
I'm going to do the engine bay and gas locker in it...
