    It verks! Finally, got round to hooking up this little freebie amp to a semi-vintage pair of Celestion MP1 monitor speakers I'd forgotten I had. Had to go for a bit of a stealth install as the other half prefers the minimalist look. Sounds surprisingly good for just chilling to some tunes on YouTube on the laptop or phone :cool:...

    Sadly not…. My old faithful truck; on my first day back at work after Christmas, lapse in concentration in the average speed limit on the M27, purely my fault. Will be being very careful for the next 2 years!!

    I've often wondered if the SPECS system actually worked. I've seen loads of vehicles flying along without a care and yet till now I have never known anyone be caught it the ASC setup.
    I tend to use adaptive cruise set at 52MPH in an attempt to not upset the local constabulary, if I didn't I'm sure I would be zooming too. Bad luck. :(

    Had a bit more of an explore in the quarry this morning.
    Found the other end of this adit.

    Theres another smaller one on the other side too, though with a path less than a foot wide and a huge drop i decided not to go and have a closer look.

    This is exactly what I do and similarly can’t fathom the folks who zoom past at a fairly continuous 60 mph +

    I expect there is some tolerance… my T5 reads one thing on the needle and another on the MFD and there are plenty of folks who could claim naivety for rolling on incorrect radius wheels fitted by the previous owners.

    Would be nice to know the lowest average speed that someone has been penalised for so I know what to set my cruise control to!
