Seeing as M plate decoder link to Vincent Molenaar's auto decode site doesn't seem to be working I have sought out his other option which is a sort of decipher it yourself site. Here's a link. Good reference material, wouldn't be hard to knock up another decoder off the back of that Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
I also have his book here somewhere with all the M plate codes in it. Haven't seen it for a while though
