Thermostat union nut?

Hi all,
I'm in need of help from those in the know....I have attached a schematic picture showing the parts that are missing on my bus( 77 westy ) i've circled them in red.

its the Thermostat union NUT? i think thats what its called ....thermostat had been removed from the 2LTR type 4 engine I bought, I have now got a thermostat and bracket but need to find the
UNION NUT that holds the new cable on. ( new cable from Heritage ) or union nut & cable etc.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

is it true that the old cables had the union nut all in one?

 

have you read through my posts where zed and joker have been advising me? i've got none of these bits.....joker did a full write up on the whole system
