tinware

I've got my engine out at the moment whilst sorting out petrol smells so want to clean up the tinware & engine. looking on the internet i can buy a complete set of tins for about £180 yet i see 2nd hand tinware for sale at alot higher prices? is there a reason for this? quality? has anyone used the tinware available from machine 7 ?

Original tinware is much better than new crap, If I was you I'd get yours shot blasted, zinc primed & powder coated, you know it will still fit then.

as a guide it cost me £80 to get my tin ware powder coated
