Hi all, I'm in need of help from those in the know....I have attached a schematic picture showing the parts that are missing on my bus( 77 westy ) i've circled them in red. its the screws and spacers that go through the indicator and wash/wipe arms and then screw into the steering housing. They were missing on my bus, so I dont have a clue what to get, or from where? I've got a new indicator stalk and new wash/wipe stalk but not the bits to hold it all together....nightmare......also there is some kind of electric jointing block at the bottom of the steering housing, i think i'm missing this also. I would suggest someone like megabug for the spacers as for item 26... I don't recall seeing that before!!
You will need bit 26, as it acts as a guide for the switch connectors. As above, try megabug for the bits. Might be worth getting a whole used column.
Cheers guys, sent an email and pics to megabug late last night - had a phonecall this afternoon, spoke to Billy at Mega bug and I think he's sorted me out with the bits...top bloke......just hope they are the right bits when they arrive ;D so I still need to find a thermostat union nut to screw on to the bottom and hold the cable...any ideas....
