Wheel help please!!!

  1. Whilst wheels are still fairly low on Arthur's priority list, I've started to have a look around at what I like.

And I really, really like these Gee Bee wheels. I'd go for the black & silver - but need a bit of help on whether they are suitable? I wasn't planning to lower Arthur and I don't know how these would fit/ if they'd work/ if I'd need to lower him at all...

All thoughts and advice welcome! Although please talk gently to me in words of English...I can cope with rim sizes, tyre width etc but that's about it!

  2. you need the 112 PCD if yours is a late bay. You also need to find someone who does them cheaper as they are VERY expensive!! They're referred to as 'gas burners' because they look like the top of a gas hob. GEEBEE I guess is GB, Gas Burners. How droll...

Loads of different people do them, for around half that price
    :)

  3. here's one thats £100 cheaper to start
    :)

  4. Thanks for your help - k+ to all

Do you know what the moans have been? Having looked at any reviews yet - which I will do when the wallet gets more full and it moves higher up my priority list.

  8. i had a set of 4 ssp gas burners in 5x112 on the split for 2years (late bay hubs) they were ok quality wise and i bought a 5th as a spare from mws and it was exactly the same even in the rear of the spokes etc so i think all the reps must be made in the same factory in the far east? be carefull of the offset on 5x112 models as there outset quite a lot more than the stock rims
