  1. The missus has signed us up to one of those lovefilms thingy-ma-jig deals going on at the moment.

I've got a bit of a list of movies that look good to me, but i haven't seen any of them and wanted to know if you think any are absolute must sees? or any absolute turkeys I should avoid?

    Paul
    Invictus
    True Grit
    Blitz
    Red
    The Fighter

  3. We have had love film for a few years now and cant fault it

  4. We've had it a while too. The only 2 things to note are:

    1) Only list the films you really way to watch in the wish list so you are guaranteed a good film. My wife decided to list every film she 'might one day fancy watching' and guess what our first 4 or so films were? Yes you guessed it the most random boring ones.

    2) Make sure you watch and send back the films to get you monthly quota, or if you don't want to watch them just send them back you can always re-list them in you wish list at a later date. Recently we had 2 films for 3 months, neither of us fancied them but thought that 'one night we might watch them'. At

We're with Lovefilm too, got fed up with taking discs back to Blockbusters cos they were unplayable. For a fiver we get 3 rentals a month plus 2 hours of watch online too. The only one of your list we've seen is True Grit, loved the original and loved the remake. Jeff Bridges makes a good Rooster Cogburn. Paul is also on our list, but its not available yet isn it? Invictus? Hmmmm, sports films...not so sure, they often disappoint don't they, and Matt Damon as Francois Pienaar? .. ::) He was good in Team America though.. >:D
