Wiring driving lights

  1. im looking for ideas on how to get the wiring from driving lights mounted on the front bumper to in side without drilling the front panel and without to much wiring showing. i guess the wires will have to go in a flexible trunking ,,,,,

  2. whats wrong with drilling the front panel use a rubber grommet to fill the hole and poke the wires through

another way would be to go through with your wire at the point where the wiring harness come through
    were the belly pan is
and then take the wires to the lights underneath the front bumper

i know what i mean hope you can work it out :)

  3. from bumper under lower front panel and over chassis leg in to belly pan area up through inner front panel original wiring hole to relay then of to fusebox

  4. I removed my front bumper and put the wiring from the driving lights between the deformation panel and the bumper then mounted the bumper back up. They can go here as they won't chaif as they will be held tight in position when you clamp the bumper back up, so no risk of arcing. Then I went under the pedal pan and up through the wiring conduit through the chassis. Don't forget you need to install an additional relay
    :)

I drilled straight into the front panel with the one grommet just hidden behind the light itself. I looked at it going underneath but I didn't like the look of it.
