I only realised that I hadn't painted it when I actually came to fit it. I thought I could get away with just sticking it on as it is but I didn't consider how carefully you lot check photos on here. Now I'm going to have to finish my dinner and slink out into the garage and do some quick remedial painting to cover my guilt and shame!
Lol zed helped me drop my engine and gearbox because i had a broken hand His words spoken from his chair in the sun were very encouraging
Actually I have, about two months ago. I can still remember the chair he sat in as he helped me service my engine.
I think so , we have only had a quick look underneath, Mick did his knee in jumping down a few steps as he thought he was missing the football and caught his knee on the wall so he has not been able to sort it .....................I have been at work

Actually I thought about it but worried about unbalancing it if the paint wasn't perfectly even all the way round. I don't know if it would make a difference but decided to play it safe.
I can't remember painting mine, but probably did. Anyway don't forget to put a picture in the 'show us your engine bay' thread. You know where I am if you get stuck for anything. (You don't I've moved)
