your right. we just back from 2 weeks in Dorset and the last few days Hawthorne leaves were dropping onto our awning. seasons are what makes this country great.another 3 weeks then kids back to school always a sign of autumn, children falling out of trees onto my awning.
Hedgepigs have started eating like pigs...must be a sign of something other than just having a poofest afterwards.
Interesting 'QI' fact autumn moves at 2 1/2 miles per hour...so when its colder in cornwall,its still warmer in Devon for a few days and so on and so forth the further north you go...
