Awnings

I like orange lol

 

Ive got a motordome sleeper. Its a big awning and can sleep 4 in its inner tents. Fantastic bit of kit but too big for us now. I also have the extension for it. You could happily live in the thing for some time!!!

I think the JK sized awning would do us now as previously weve had the Royal Traveller style which it is based on. I might go back to one of these and flog the Khyam!

 

£225 at the mo, if someone wants to buy my royal traveller then I can prolly afford one

 

I brought a Easy camp Daytona. Cheap and easy to put up unless you're @kenregency

 

We've got the Khyam Motordome Tourer which is, like the others easy to put up, but a bit more compact..

 

This is ours a kyham XC.

I lived on it for about 3 months. Great kit but bigger than what uoi want.

 

Leave it Ken..... you don't need another awning, even if it does match your van.

I think easy to put up is high on my list as I will likely be wrestling with it by myself.

We got the motordome sleeper too. Its easy to set up.

The motordome sleepers look fairly massive. I think probably too big for us.

 

I should have bought the JK orange one when it was available!

 

I'm beginning to think the same thing.

 

Awnings are sent from Hell by The Devil to turn normal, mild mannered people into raving lunatics that shout, have highblood pressure and say horrible things to each other.
Airbeam blow up awnings are different. Even I can put one of those up on my own and when funds allow, will purchase said item as a gift from Heaven.

 

A jk lhd one in green is on my future wish list

 

The Motordome Tourer is easy for one to put up, and a smaller, though not tiny, awning. We've been more than happy with it ...and no I'm not on commission..
