Update. After 20mins vibrating and about a week of soaking in floor cleaner...... It's a bit cleaner but its developed a nasty case of white spot. I'm actually surprised the valve seats haven't rusted away. Might try the plug hole cleaner tomorrow.
It seems to have cleaned the carbon out well Make sure you rinse it out well before trying a different cleaner on it as you dont want different chemicals getting mixed up
