Good for the price Schofields stuff, and good at looking after customers..

 

Can't go wrong with schofields. I fitted that outer valance (or possibly it was an autocraft one?), nice panel to fit.

 

Good afternoon today and a "huge " thanks to @wigelsworth (Jason) for the handy tools and help popping all the windows out and no supprises underneath but on windscreen but that was known as can see !! Allso cut out outer sill and found some well dodgy repairs to the sliding door made a start on the b pillar allso to make sure I line it all up !! The most annoyingly part was there isn't even any paint let alone wax oil behind the sill !! How there not rotten to god knows but the outer was toast !! Basically pulled it off ! But cleaned it up and new one fits bang on no messing required really !! Big day planned tomoz again !!

Not really any supprises yet but no paint on site on rear of pillar either !! I will never pay cheap guys for works again !! Takes few mins for a lick off paint !!

Good day today found some well dodgy amounts of filler but all metal b pillar and sill just need welding in (liner gone on Welder and wire went into to gas pipe ) but did manage to make 1 complete closing pannnel and it was bits before !! Allso cut out most of arch

Full of rot

No filler needed this time and all rust cured and stone chipped underneath sills
Removed jacking point was a nice small hole there need to repair

Are you using a Weld through primer &/or top coat?

 

Got back to it tonight been busy with xmas ect this week (cocktails mainly) but got the out riggers delivered from Schofield less than 24 hours from ordering they was here
Allso got the sill prepped and b pillar allso got them both welded on !! Tits really nice (just gotta finish the b pillar as was told not to get it to hit so will spot it now and then ( @davidoft I do listen thanks again)

Yep Barn all steaming and hot ...what with the wedding night and all that .

 

No mate Iv just painted where not being welded and I'm gonna drown the bus with wax oil !!!!!!!
