flooring/maths question.

    It's very tight, and you've got round the door threshold also. Sorry to say, I don't think you have enough, stick a picture up, you never know someone might be able to get you a spare pack.

    Also remember to leave a 5mm gap around the edge or if you can take off your skirting and then put it back on so the floor tucks underneath.

    You shouldn't have any waste if you are not fitting to joists and are laying like you would laminate. Take the off cut from the first row and use it to start the second row. I usually lay away from the strongest light source, so running away from the door or largest window. Try starting full width board off the wall then divide the room width by board width to make sure your not left with a silly small rip when you finish. If its too small start with a rip. Simples:)

    Oh yeah and check rip size up to the front of your fireplace.
