Looks Odd

    I’m confused to as I thought the picture shows an outer sill fitted in the wrong place!?

    That's^ what it looks like to me too. And the inner and middle sill are probably wrong and the inner and outer B post. With several parts either missing or not quite right the whole thing looks (and is) wrong.

    That is an outer sill. It's just fitted too far in, as if the inner and centre sill are not fitted correctly. It's also looks like a Klokkerholm sill, which are a bit gash.

    To get it right, it's going to need to come off to see what's going on.

  4. It's a bit difficult to see in those pics, but it looks like the inner sill has been set too high. And probably the arch and B pillar outer too low. And the rear arch also wrong slightly. And the inner part of the b pillar hasn't been rebuilt, it does need to be as it stops the whole lot crunching up if you use the jacking point.
    Needs a rebuild I'm afraid:(
