    It appears I’m still waccaday! Some cheese and a cuppa for me and honey and lemon for partner who is awake coughing after I kindly shared my bad chest :oops:

    It’s our own honey too :). Last years crop stayed liquid but this has already set and I’m not quite as keen on the flavour.

    If you gently heat the honey up in a water bath or a few seconds in the microwave it will go liquid again and stay liquid for longer.

    It’s probably got a fair bit of tree pr rape in it.

    It's not covid - I did a test this morning. However still feeling a bit under the weather. Feeling much better after a bit of Jim Beam's marvellous medicine though. Hope it clears up in time for the busiest day of the year.
