Think you might need a roofer, tho finding a good one is often challenging, they get away with it, hard to check up on them.

i usually have a look up there when the sweep comes. there's some roofers nearby today and i've asked to borrow their ladder...

hahaha! it was done before the heritage/conservation stuff - soooo many bodges with all of these houses but if i want to change it i have to replace it with a wooden sash within the same opening (with lintels!).

 

Heritage can bankrupt you when they get going.

i make timber box sash windows very expensive!

 

yup, that's why mine are staying as is for now. a house opposite is having the guttering done today, it was done last year in plastic by the landlord and now being replaced with the appropriate wooden ones.
