You should have two shouldered bolts and two setscrews. I forget which ones go on top. 10.9 sounds correct.

I gave the wrong part numbers, sorry. The shoulder bolt is p/n 211615141A, it goes at the top. The lower bolt is 211615143A (M14 x 1.5 x 37).

 

Working the last two days without back pain built a nice new fence and blooming painted it.
