I put my form into the post office last week, with a separate from to get MOT exempt. Was this MOT form necessary? My MOT's due on the 16th (next Thursday), presumably I won't get a reply about the MOT for a while & I need to use the van shortly after, do I need to get it MOT'd anyway?
I have been using mine without an mot since last year with no problems and I have not declared it....
