I got my C15 through mr fishtrousers. £500 and 3 years later still going strong :)
I had an 04 fabia @taiga79 £450 and did 300 miles a week in it in the mway with no problems :) you should have gone for the Maxima that was going for free.

This is the forum my van came from. The Honda Accord estate sounds good to me.

I love the idea of buying a cheap S class Merc for wafting around in ut I know it would be ruinous come the problem.

  9. Have you found one cheap...?

  10. Do it, what could possibly go wrong?
You buy an old smoker with a life expectancy of a couple of months, anything longer is a bonus.
If you can't sell it on for a few quid, something that big and heavy will be worth a few notes over the bridge, so just enter the details at
cartakeback.com and they'll come and take it away for you.

I was thinking one of these might be a better hack

Maybe you could get these to complete the look

  12. You can have my Volvo V40 diesel, 53 plate, 180k(genuine mileage) MOT'd till December. For a bag of donuts(jam not custard).

I won't lie, the boot is more sawdust and dried PVA than carpet. The offside front has a slow puncture and some little marmite knocked the wing mirror off the other day. But it's been very reliable to me, and if I hadn't bought my bus, I figure I'd have got another 100k out of it.

  13. Sadly diesels kill kittens AND nuns in huge numbers,
I'm guessing that you'll actually have to pay someone to take pity on you and drag that safely away without it omitting any further dreadful particulates.
On the off chance that you live next door and I might be able to turn a cheeky profit,
Where the actual funk are you and the most offensive motor ever advertised on these previously elegant, unsullied and sophisticated pages?

  14. How very dare you! That nun was extremely old and smoked 60 a day! It's extremely unlikely that my superb Swedish automobile had anything to do with her untimely demise!

Great car for dogging*....4x4 to get you in to the corner of even the most gravelly car park, high ride height and airy glass cabin to assist your fellow revellers with a good view whilst avoiding lower back pain.

The turbine like 1.2 engine will ensure you can avoid steamed Windows by leaving the motor running to power the air con, heck, it is also quiet enough to not hinder your wheezing and grunting whilst you and your partner form the beast with two heads.

Lastly, both interior and exterior boast easy wipe, stain proof materials....high impact plastics should fend off @Ploptop2 should he chose to bring a hammer.

Nah, I'd use a panel T5....people would think all the marks on the outside were due to me being a plasterer...
