i love listening to my CDs still , i Have a Rega Planar 3 turntable that i play occasionaly and generally only for my record collection of about thirty albums i bought as a kid in the seventys and that music sounds just great how i remember back in the days, CD , i dont get into the argument about "dont sound as good as Vinyl" to me its all just music and it sounds good either vinyl or cd ,, but in reality i do listen anywhere around the house and garden using Spotify and a £30 bluetooth speaker , or even the BBC iplayer, having downloaded good old Tony Blackburn or Liza Tarbuck (give her a listen for a 2 hour different type of relaxation , she is realy funny with a good old laugh out loud show "PAULINE " anything is better than the rubbish on tv , apart from country and western music of course thats just bad anywhere But back to CDs , i can now buy them on our sunday morning car boot for as little as 20p each even double cd collections .
Haunting, mildly creepy, brilliant lyrics, and dead good https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLnk1ENeFE79XqT1uS8WWeymPx19ZgNbIY
@beatnick - you'll like this I think. You'll have to listen on Soundcloud but if you can imagine a 1/2 hour psychedelic mix of Jpop, Taiwan disco, Indian disco, Samba, Peruvian cumbia and more... well you don't need to imagine it... https://soundcloud.com/myanalogjour...na-villar?si=4796079e1f9249bda1f983ac48f78fd5
