I have AGM batteries one under the r&r bed & one under the spare wheel it's probably the largest battery you can fit there but it has a low height of 190mm I've never had any problems with the positive lead. I have a very similar one. Clamped & strapped down. Homemade positive terminal cover. Even thinking of seam sealing silicone to underneath the spare wheel tub above the terminal. That should do it! www.transmission610.com
