Your M plate will be behind the passenger seat on pre 76 vans and on the front air pipe under the dash post 76. Copy all numbers into the box on that website.

Doesn't work if you have an Aussie built bus, or so I believe.

  7. I've been looking for this poxy plate for ages. This thread inspired me to look again and when I couldn't find it I Googled for its location. I found a video on YouTube by Chris Jones pointing it out on his late bay. Now found it - Result!

Just to the left of the fuse box on the top of the air pipe.
I'm going to look for mine again when I get it back but I don't think Aus vans have them.

I think Don agrees with that. not on Aussie vans, be worth finding out though!

I've certainly been told that before but assumed it'd be visible on the air pipe if it was there. Its kind of on top so you can only really feel rather than see it looking at that video.

  14. Done mine on two sites and got differing results :-/

  15. Found mine where the video stated on top of the air pipe. Couldn't read it so had to get an impression using blue tack.
