Hi, I don't know how you calibrate the speedo, but when I sent mine to JDO Instruments they asked for a number that was stamped on the back of the metal cluster.
I have not looked, but if the speedo drive is fitted on something like bearing assembly with a threaded section with a nut either side of a bracket that lets you move it towards or away from the dial then the possibility of adjustment exists..
