With a bit of fettling, I've now managed to raise the two pipes to 24cm ground clearance, all of 3cm higher than earlier. Every little helps I suppose
I checked- my bus has 20cm ground clearance on the air scoop and about the same on random bits of Propex hose going across underneath. I am going to thread mine above the chassis rails too, duh.
