Looks like you have made up your mind, but just in case, here are a few pics of my cut and shut Devon bed :)

Didn't take too long and works a treat. Was a much cheaper option than buying a whole new bed and I didn't have to work out how to install a brand new one either :)

I remember seeing your post on the JK forum back in Summer 2008 with these pics. Looks like you did a great job of yours. :)

You just made the decision harder again! was all set to get one of Rusty Lee's, bu got me thinking I should stick with what I have! I best sleep on this some more.... ;D

  8. Thanks Andy, now go get your hacksaw out ;)

Dicky, It's 5inch foam on the seat bottom and back and 4 inch over the engine, as the bed when folded out sits an inch lower than the engine cover, if you see what I mean.

Got it from e-foam if I remember rightly...

  9. Thanks
mines higher and flush with the engine bay top. Id forgotten that proper ones werent like that! Forgot to ask - looks like its bolted to the seatbelt mounts????

  10. Hi Dicky, Not sure if it is bolted through seat belt mounts.... It didn't have seatbelts, and I'm not really sure where seatbelt mounts are normally. It's bolted through the wheel arches, and screwed to the floor along the font.
