  2. We are finding a lot of parts are now nla for Mercs over 20 years old. Epc often says nla make it yourself which can be quite tricky especially for ecu’s etc

I know someone with 22 Capris, the largest private collection in Europe.
He lives over the other side of town.

Im struggling to find injector seals for an 84 280SE at the moment. They are available in the USA, but the Vendor has a $100 minimum order for international shipping...o_O

Nearly forgot this one it’s on a cul de sac 50 yards from the Merc & Toyota, not moved for at least 25 years!

  9. Maxi GT, LHD, how it ended up in rural Switzerland? It sat there for a couple of months last year, then disappeared, only to reappear outside a house a few miles away. Not under its own steam I suspect. it's left a nice brown rust stain on the driveway, as a ghostly reminder. My mother used to drive a tomato soup orange one back in the day.

This little Morris was about 5 mins from our first flat in Poole. I took this picture 13 years ago.

The house we’ve just bought is now right near this area again, it’s sad to see how much it’s deteriorated over the years. I’ll have to get a picture later of it.

Always remember in the early 80’s, walking through a place called Vallis Vale, which was about half a mile from our house, someone must have been having a ‘garage clearout’, as one day, I found a Reliant on its side in the river. Must have been just driven there and dumped as the lights still worked, but it wouldn’t start. The next day, we found a BMW isetta (?), in the hedge.
