Looks like you're on the first click of the latch, you need to slam them hard first time then leave for a few days. It also helps if you go over and over them standing outside the door and squeezing the seals into the channels with your fingers.
They don't need to be glued where there is a channel for the seal - just about everywhere. Glue lower half front of cab doors - that's it. If you glue them in you risk preventing the seal properly bedding in and you'll be slamming your doors and cursing the seals.
