I am glad the A380 remains in service, they are a pleasant way to get around. And I hope that Dubai Airport have sorted out their act before you get there.
We had a long journey home, 11 hour flight to Dubai followed by a 7 hour one to Manchester, I watched The Zone of Interest, a right barrel of laughs (not), followed by Chaplin’s Modern Times, which had me chuckling in my seat. As we were prebooked we had no problems, but we met a woman with her child in Dubai airport who had been stuck there for days. Some photos from our last day in Tokyo, here are some penguins in a tank on a shopping centre roof.. A lesser spotted scuba diver, she was using a playing card (9 of clubs), to clean the edges of the glass. We went to a museum in the same shopping centre, this wine container could be from the 1960s… Wrong…. View from the top, better than the skytree as it was clearer
