Can I drive someone else's bus please.

  1. I want to drive someone else's bus.
Just to see if mine's good or bad or indeed ugly.
Alternatively would somebody who drives plenty of buses please drive mine?
With no bench mark I really don't know if it's right or not.
I think it goes very well considering (compared to my beetle) the brakes are excellent (no, really, they are!), the steering is pants and the suspension is boingy in my opinion but all of this may be normal or not.

The steering shouldn't be pants but they do blow about in the wind.

All I will say is that for a mass produced vehicle each and everyone has its own character. I've not driven one bus and thought "oh this is like........." They are all different and it's quite nice really.

  16. I had a 1600 Turret top Westie in the '80s but it was awful.
I'm in West Oxon, not a million miles away.
I've also had 3xT4s, a T5 and dozens of other vehicles and yet I find myself strangely drawn back to the dark side of T2 ownership.
