Personally I think converting your bus from LHD to RHD would increase the chances and profit of selling it to people who are not quite in the know. UK buyers will always prefer RHD. It's not difficult to do but to do it properly is an art.

My own bus is a LHD and it's easy to live with. Shaun's Citroën SM is also LHD but that isn't so much fun to live with because of the long bonnet. It's totally up to the owner, the individual and their preference. If you wish for it to be done and it helps then get it done.

On a personal note, if it's done properly I can't see it being such an issue that it makes the bus lose any value in money. Buses are sort of depreciation proof. Converted panel vans are worth as much as a good kombi these days and I don't give a toss what anyone says if they disagree. As long as the bus itself is solid and honest and to a good standard, what's not to like about it?? Devon used a lot of panel vans in their conversions and so did a lot of others to maximise profits an keep costs low. I'd have no problems owning a converted panel van.
