    Keep going mate. I think the nato green is a great idea. Your bus will last forever and you won't be scared to use it. Onwards and upwards :thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup::hattip:

  8. Did you get new balljoints/torsion arms?

  10. Drilled some holes and fired some wax in at 90psi

  13. Brake bias valve fitted
    Brake switches fitted
    New rigid brake line to the rear made and fitted
    Front gear selector rod fitted
    New rubber boots fitted to the selector rod and to the handbrake conduits.

  14. Are the bush steel sleeves in modern boge dampers shorter than the originals?

    The nut on the mount is done all the way up and the damper naturally wants to sit in that position.

    I think either I’m missing a spacer which I’m sure they don’t have or the steel sleeve/ bush is shorter in length

    Has anyone else come along this problem?

  15. The Haynes manual just shows a spring washer either side.

    The Boge dampers we had on Major had small steel spacers in the box with them. I think they are about 8mm long (ish). We swapped them out for KYB's and they required spacers too.

    You may be able to pack the gap with washers?

  17. Oh poop mine didn’t come with any spacers.
     
  18. Was it just the bottom mounts that had spacers mark or was it top and bottom?
