well, the homemade veggie soup is delicious, probably have some more for tea., the wood work bench I got from Wells Timber Products is built and installed in the garage, a bit pricey, but solid wood and heavy and easy bolted assembly. pleased with it and should see me out.

Just finished working from 8am this morning.

Rebuilt the newly painted forks on my old Suzuki TS185 and painted all the small bits ready for when the frame comes back next week

Shovelled a load of earth into a newly delivered 'herb box' at our local station. Took dogs for walk on the moors. Tried to work out why my Ctek isn't working. Tea shortly, SCD then bed.

 

No.. the reversing off a cliff on the Isle of Wight will be done by a pensioner in an automatic Ford Fiesta.

 

I went to the dump in the bus with my wife where we got rid of garden waste.
Then bought cat food in the Range.
Then to Ikea and bought a load of "Borris" door mats at 80p each to use as floor mats in the bus and so I can regularly stamp on Boris.
Also a new mattress topper, cup of coffee then some ikea crisps and daim sweets.

On the way back, worked out that every road into Southampton is either closed for roadworks or has temporary traffic lights.

Then back home to work on the bus and rotated the steering wheel a few splines after altering the tracking.
Pulled out the FI bits and pieces and realised I could bolt some bits to the fan housing instead of the throttle body.
Then I got cold and gave up.

 

Up at the 'chicken shed' with Fugly building up my 2056 engine with the 'interesting' heads....shouldn't be too long now before it's time to shove it back in the old girl!!

 

Started off with a lovely 5 mile walk in the Chilterns, followed by 2 miles of a very wet walk. Plan to do some work on Cyril when I got home shelved!

At work as usual ,one of the houses had a scaffold put up yesterday by mistake was suppose to go up next door !!! So thought I’d make full use of it to remove a small chimney and roof over .Also did a few slate repair etc .

Took the dog to the groomers for a trim and while she was there went to an outdoor shop for some new walking shoes. Then this afternoon went to watch the mighty Cobblers sweep majestically to a 0-3 defeat against Scunthorpe. Came home dejected and cooked chicken stuffed with sun dried tomatoes, mozzarella and basil on creamy bean mash. Now drinking gin

 

Today I started work at 5am, finished at midday, did the shopping tried to keep my 6 year old entertained, did the housework and then spent the rest of the day visiting my poorly wife in hospital........ boring I know, but you did ask
