Bay Ownership Bingo

In light of my recent "challenges" anyone care for a game of Bay Ownership Bingo? Simply add an "event" that every Bay owner should/will/is likely to experience in their owning of a bus. Lets see if we can't reach 50. I'll start of with todays hilarity:

Oh my. I feel that some of these are said with real F E E L I N G.
